These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MaThink website, including any purchase of worksheets, account registration, or use of related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by [MaThink LLC] ("MaThink," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
MaThink sells leveled math worksheets (Levels L0 through L13) as secure digital PDF files, with an optional printed-copy delivery in select cases. Worksheets are organized by level and sold individually or as level sets. Sample pages are available for preview before purchase.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to create an account and make a purchase. Accounts are intended for use by a parent or legal guardian on behalf of a student. Any student information you provide (such as a first name) is submitted by you, the account holder, to personalize your order and worksheets — not collected by us directly from a child. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice; the price shown at checkout is the price you will be charged. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor (currently planned: Stripe). We do not store your full card number on our servers. If you choose to save a payment method for faster checkout, it is tokenized and stored by our payment processor in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
When you purchase a worksheet or worksheet set, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that worksheet for personal, non-commercial, single-household educational use only. You may print copies for the student(s) associated with your account.

Worksheets may be watermarked with account or order information to discourage unauthorized redistribution.
Depending on the delivery method you select at checkout, worksheets are made available for secure online printing and/or shipped as a physical printed copy. For digital purchases, each order includes a limited reprint window (the number of days, set at our discretion, during which you may reprint a purchased worksheet from your account). Once the reprint window expires, reprinting may no longer be available; contact us if you have questions about a specific order.
Digital worksheets that have not been opened, viewed, or printed may be refunded within 24 hours of purchase. Once a worksheet has been viewed or printed, it is no longer eligible for a refund, given the nature of digital goods. Printed-copy orders follow the shipping and returns policy shown at checkout. We may make exceptions at our discretion for billing errors or technical issues.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: attempting to gain unauthorized access to any account or system; interfering with the normal operation of the Service; uploading malicious code; or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
All worksheet content, curriculum design, the MaThink name, logo, mascot characters, and website content are the property of MaThink or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you beyond the limited license described in Section 5.
The Service may use third-party providers to operate, including payment processing (e.g., Stripe), authentication (e.g., Google Sign-In, Apple Sign In, and an identity platform such as Firebase Authentication), cloud storage/hosting, and email delivery. Your use of those features is also subject to the applicable third party's terms and privacy policy.
The Service and all worksheets are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee any specific educational outcome from using our worksheets.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MaThink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold MaThink harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, including unauthorized redistribution of worksheets. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction. [Add arbitration/dispute-resolution clause here if desired, after attorney review.]
